Quite naturally, we wanted to give it the name of the land where it was born.
Azaguié is a small town in the Agneby-Tiassa region, in the south of Côte d'Ivoire, in the Agboville department of which it is one of the sub-prefectures.
A place where we find the highest rate of rainfall in the country, which is not to displease cocoa farming.
This is where Mr. Ambroise N'Koh welcomes us to his plantation school where he cultivates exceptional 100% organic cocoa.
This agroforestry activist is passionate, always looking to improve the quality of the agricultural raw materials he offers. We could spend hours listening to him talk about his job!
The result: a green environment where rare cocoa flourishes with intense vegetal notes that will not soon be forgotten
During the 2019 Paris Chocolate Fair, its beans were chosen from
1,250,000 samples from the entire planet .
