A journey in 3 steps:
- From roasted cocoa beans, you will experiment with the transformation steps to obtain a solid cocoa mass, the beginning of chocolate.
- With your cocoa paste, you can make your own hot chocolate.
- You will also discover a simple recipe to make your own chocolate bar.
